YOGA & MEDITATION

Root your feet in the grass, and let Mother Earth’s nurturing electrons lower your stress, reduce your pain, and improve your sleep.

Our outdoor yoga classes on the river are designed for body, mind and spirit, and for all levels of practice, ability and experience.

We start with energizing pranayama (breath work), guide you through a well-paced flow that increases strength and flexibility, and finish with a savasana meditation that leaves you relaxed and centered.

Each in-person class is limited to 11 people, so sign up today! 

(Zoom classes are unlimited in number of participants)

Covid-19 precautions: Bring your own mat and props if possible (some are also available here). Classes are held outdoors on the river. If it rains, we take the class in the studio (with sanitizer, windows open, and an air purifier). If you are not fully vaccinated, kindly wear a mask if we are indoors. Thank you!
