Service Description

Let the river flow soothe your soul. Let the sunlight on your face boost your mood and immune system. Root your feet in the grass, and let Mother Earth’s nurturing electrons lower your stress, reduce your pain, and improve your sleep. Our invigorating vinyasa flow classes are designed for body, mind and spirit. We start with energizing pranayama (breath work), guide you through a well-paced flow that increases strength and flexibility, and end with a savasana meditation that leaves you relaxed and centered. Classes are eclectic, based in Vinyasa, but often incorporating beneficial practices from Kundalini, Hatha, Power, and Restorative. Throughout class, we talk about the mind-body connection, what organs and glandular systems we are stimulating, the energetic benefits of asanas (poses) on our chakras and subtle bodies, and the muscle groups we are working. For everyone’s health and safety during the winter months and pandemic surges, each in-person class is limited to 5 people, so sign up today! (Zoom classes are unlimited in number of participants) For Winter In-Studio, In-Person Classes: Covid-19 precautions are in place. Only vaccinated individuals are currently able to attend in-person classes. Please email a photo of your vaccine card with a record of 2 shots to Jenni@OshaRuah.com. Please bring your own mat and preferred props if possible; we also have some at the studio.
