About the event
It's been quite a year. In this two-hour online workshop in partnership with Indigo Yoga, join us to reflect and learn about the physiology and emotional makeup of resilience. How do we understand it? How do we recover when we can't find it? Learn meditations and breathing techniques and how to practice yoga using our minds and bodies to intentionally strengthen and expand our resilience.
