Kula for Karma benefit event
Practice self care while creating access to it for those in need. Live music, yoga, meditation, and curated vendors to benefit Kula for Karma in honor of World Mental Health Day.

Time & Location
Oct 07, 2021, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Osha Ruah, 4 Salisbury Pl, Nyack, NY 10960, USA
About the event
Enjoy yoga, meditation, breath work, live music, and special treats from curated vendors as the sun sets on the water and the Tappan Zee Bridge lights up. Your $50 ticket will support Kula for Karma’s mission to bring the healing power of yoga, meditation, and stress management programs to those recovering from mental health, trauma, and addiction challenges during this difficult time.
The benefit uplifts the World Health Organization’s World Mental Health Day to mobilize efforts and investments in support of mental health. This year’s theme is “Mental Health in an Unequal World”. Mental health, economic insecurity, and social injustice continue to be at the forefront of every conversation, as we wonder what the New Normal in America will look like.
Kula for Karma runs 60 classes per week across the country that address all of these issues through programs for: At-Risk Youth, Body Positivity, Cancer Patients, Cardiology Patients, Disenfranchised People, First Responders, the Homeless, Medical Caregivers, Mental Health, Movement Disorders, Pediatric Oncology, Seniors, Survivors of Domestic Violence, Teens & Adults in Recovery, and Veterans.
